• Anonymous. Truly anonymous! No online database of your photos, history, or audio clips. We honor the donors’ privacy by keeping your file for only the few couples waiting for your particular type of profile.

• Family Line specifically works with Asian donors and couples. We are staffed and owned by Asians.

• Our office is located inside the fertility clinic. This allows us to constantly be involved in and direct every step of your process. We are at the office for all your appointments. We are there whenever you need translation, explanations or support.

• Family Line has a personal & cooperative relationship with the medical staff, with whom we share the office. Other independent agencies are sending donors to multiple doctors and clinics often spread out around the country. It is impossible to monitor what is happening everywhere to everyone at all times.

• Donors highly value Family Line’s caring and detailed coordination. As a result, many of them repeat with us again. In fact, more than 95% of our donors repeat cycles with us, even when they come from out of town.
